I recently bought a car from Henry and the service I received has been second to none. I enquiried online and within the hour I received the information I wanted and arranged a test drive. I was advised of a few small issues with the car which I probably wouldn't of even notice/picked up on if he didn't tell me beforehand, these was sorted prior to picking it up along with a service and MOT included for free. The whole finance malarkey was smooth and very easy and I drove away a very happy customer. The car broke down today due to a small wear and tear issue with the throttle position sensor, I managed to get the car back to the garage and the issue was sorted the same day. HT vehicle sales has changed my perception on independent garages and I couldn't recommend them more to anyone after a used car. Top bloke, top service and best of all a top motor!

Within an hour of enquiring about a vehicle Henry had sent me a full video of the car and answered all the questions I had as I live 70 miles away. He informed me of all the faults on the car which would be sorted before collection. Henry kept me informed every step of the way, had the car serviced, valeted and MOTd , ready for me to collect inside the same week. You can tell he takes pride in his customer service !

Henry is a pleasure to deal with, nothing is too much trouble and he is in no way pushy like so many salespeople.
